Stretching from the mountains to the sea, Abruzzo is home to some of Italy’s most characterful wines, Montepulciano reds, vibrant Cerasuolo rosés, and fresh, expressive whites like Trebbiano and Pecorino. Cantine Tollo, one of the region’s most respected wineries, has been at the forefront of Abruzzo winemaking since 1960, combining tradition, sustainability and innovation in every bottle. We’ll be joined on the night by a representative from the winery who will guide you through the wines and share insight into their history, philosophy, and the diverse terroirs that make Abruzzo so special. To accompany the wines, Chef Angelo from Benedictos will be crafting a bespoke five-course menu inspired by the food of Abruzzo—rustic, seasonal and full of soul. Each dish has been thoughtfully paired to bring out the best in both the wine and the region’s culinary heritage.
