The night brings together a premium selection of rosé wines, each paired with a five-course tasting menu crafted by the Benedicto's kitchen. About the Wines Rosé has grown far beyond its summer stereotype, offering nuance, finesse, and a wide range of styles. Over the course of the evening, we will explore: - Still rosés from both renowned and emerging regions - Sparkling rosé wines with vibrancy and precision - Distinct winemaking techniques and grape varieties - How colour, structure, and texture shape rosé character Each wine will be introduced and explained, offering insight into what makes these wines so compelling and adaptable at the table.
