Following the success of our previous Puglia night, which focused on the rich and sun-soaked wines of Salento in the south, this special dinner will take us further north to explore another side of Italy’s longest region. From lighter, fresher styles to bold, characterful reds, Puglia continues to surprise and inspire with its diverse expressions and winemaking heritage. Kerinos is a family-run winery based in the northern hills of Puglia, committed to crafting wines that reflect the unique terroir and cultural identity of this lesser-known but extraordinary area.
